With Heart was established by Gloria Jean’s Coffees co-founders, Nabi and Angela Saleh, as a practical demonstration of the company's vision, mission and values, and a formal representation of our community involvement.

At its core, With Heart seeks to build and change lives locally and globally. We partner with local coffee houses to respond to the needs in their community and invest in children, young people and families, to grow strong and healthy communities.

Globally, we help disadvantaged children, families and communities, with a focus on coffee producing regions. We support projects and organisations that impact whole communities and bring long term solutions to poverty and related issues.

We provide support and emergency assistance to communities affected by disasters, locally and around the world.

With Heart is not a small element of our business, but an integral part of Gloria Jean’s Coffees’ strategic objectives and goals. With Heart is woven throughout Gloria Jeans Coffee houses and operations by the active participation of Franchise Partners, support office and team members and championed across Australia, by our With Heart Ambassadors.

With Heart helps Gloria Jean’s Coffees give meaningful contribution to the communities in which we source and sell our coffee.
