Nabi Saleh

   Nabi Saleh

   Executive Chairman

Gloria Jean’s Coffees Chairman, Nabi Saleh is one of the foremost coffee experts in Australia, with over 27 years of experience in the tea and coffee industries.

His career began in 1974 with his involvement in tea and coffee plantations in Papua New Guinea, and he still consults for both the Australian and PNG governments on the marketing, growing and selling of product out of Papua New Guinea.

As part of Australian New Guinea (ANG) Holdings, Nabi was responsible for the marketing and manufacturing of coffee and tea in Papua New Guinea. He also worked for Traveland International, responsible for purchasing and negotiating the procurement of hotel rooms on a worldwide basis. In 1978, Nabi was in charge of a medium-sized coffee company, Asco, and developed the company’s turnover from a quarter of a million dollars to $15 million before it was taken over by Burns Philp.

Nabi’s extensive involvement in the Australian coffee industry extends to his establishment of Columbia Coffee and Tea in 1983, Maranatha Imports Exports in 1989, Praise International in 1994 and Tea and Coffee Traders in 1986.

  Keith Brown

   Group Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years in senior finance and general management roles, Keith has recently been appointed CEO after a successful period as Group CFO for Gloria Jean's Coffees International. Prior to relocating to Australia, Keith was Managing Director of Hallmark Cards in the UK, heading up the $500m division of the privately owned, US Corporation.

During the five years in this role Keith led the business through a transformational change project, re-positioning it for long term success. Keith's previous experience included periods as Finance Director of both private and UK FTSE listed companies.

A national prize winner in the UK Chartered Accountancy exams, Keith holds a Bachelor of Economics (honours) degree from Sheffield University.

  Gareth Pike

   Gareth Pike

   CEO - Pacific

   General Manager – Immersed Marketing

Gareth has dedicated his 20 plus years in Hospitality to the growth and development of leading organisations within the industry. Gareth’s various senior management roles during huge growth phases at McDonalds across Operations and Training then during the start up of Starbucks in Australia has given him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Bringing this experience to Gloria Jean’s Coffees over the last 8 years, Gareth has driven both growth and change to a business that has gone global, as well as adding successful new businesses like Immersed Marketing – a standalone Marketing Agency that won the prestigious FCA marketing award in its first year of operation.

Gareth currently holds the positions of CEO of Gloria Jean’s Coffees Pacific and General Manager of Immersed Marketing. His qualifications include a Post Grad in Marketing Management from MGSM.

  

  

   Troy McDonagh

   Chief Operating Officer - Pacific

Troy has over 20 years experience in a diverse range of senior management roles across a number of top hospitality and retails brands including Village Cinemas International. He has spent the last four years of his career as part of the Senior Management team of Gloria Jean’s Coffees, leading teams in the Operations and Development areas of the business. Alongside his corporate leadership expertise, Troy also developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit from running his own business – he now enjoys applying his experience across his diverse range of responsibilities at Gloria Jean’s Coffees.

Troy is the Chief Operating Officer of Gloria Jean’s Coffees Australia for the Pacific region including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji & Bali.

  Neil Gill

   Neil Gill

   CEO - Americas

   General Manager – Jireh International Warehousing & Distribution

Neil Gill has over 25 years experience across diverse senior management roles within multi-site food and coffee brands. He has spent the last nine years of his career as part of the senior management team of Gloria Jean’s Coffees responsible for a diverse portfolio of businesses and teams.

He currently holds a series of Executive roles within the Gloria Jean's Coffees Support Office as Global Head of Operations, General Manager of Global Supply Chain and General Manager of The Australian Master Franchise Business. Combined with Global Brand experience during his time with Brinker International, recent Global Retail Tours and extensive world travel Neil brings an Aussie/International spirit to the organisation. He developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit during his time running his own business which he now applies across his diverse portfolio of businesses.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and has been honoured with an Industry Legends Awards for his contribution to the Hospitality Industry In Australia.

  Annake Dippenaar

   Annake Dippenaar

   Group Chief Financial Officer

Annake has more than 15 years experience in finance and accounting and was promoted to Group Chief Financial Officer after joining the family as Group Financial Controller in January 2008. Prior to this, she was the Group Finance Manager at DCA Group Limited, an ASX listed company with a market capitalisation exceeding $1 billion which was the largest provider of aged care services in Australia.

Annake is also a former finance manager of Optus, a subsidiary of the SingTel Group, Asia's largest Telco provider. Annake holds a bachelor of Commerce Degree with honours, is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  Craig Fishburn

   Craig Fishburn

   Global Commercial Manager

Craig has been with Gloria Jean's Coffees since June 2003. Craig has extensive experience in commercial contracts, negotiating license agreements for Sydney Olympics 2000 and Rugby World Cup, holding senior roles at Super League / National Rugby League (NRL) and Fila Sportswear Australasia, in the field of commercial license contracts.

  Rudi Selles

   Rudi Selles

   Global Legal Counsel

Rudi has more than 20 years franchise experience, both locally and internationally. Of significance, he has experience managing relationships across different cultures and in negotiating large and complex transactions.

Rudi's background in managing franchise relationships for mutual, successful business outcomes through recognition of the importance of brand and profitability, is a huge plus for Gloria Jean's Coffees.

Rudi is also a former General Counsel and senior executive with a large international QSR franchise. He holds a BA, LLB, Australia; Certificate of Completion, Company Secretary and Legal Practicing Certificate NSW.
